At Neidig Elementary, parents are considered partners in their
child's education and as such are invited to share in many aspects of
their child's learning. This site allows parents the opportunity to
access important educational information. On this site there are links
to the
Elgin Independent School District web
site, the
Texas Education Agency site and the
Region 13 Education Service Center
site. These sites provide parents with information regarding the TAKS
test, the TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills), and other basic
information regarding policies and operating information. From time to
time this site will be updated with links connecting the parent to grade
level information, PTO information, library news and school events.
